We bring quality mentorship to women earlier, and at their convenience.
We run 2x crash mentoring programmes per year, usually in March and September, with registrations open two months ahead of time.
Over three months, you’ll meet your mentor for a total of three hours. It’s up to you and your match what this looks like in practice - virtual, in person, more than three times, or less - the programme is flexible to suit your needs.

For Mentors
Anyone can be a mentee, but if you have 3+ years professional experience, consider signing up as a mentor - you will have a higher chance of being matched on the platform!
Due to the high demand for mentors, we’re not always able to match every mentee that signs up to the programme, but will do our very best.
Applicants will need to write a short statement on why they are right for the programme and read our commitment letter to be accepted.

How the platform works
We use Intros AI, a platform that matches mentors and mentees based on their skills, experience and interests, using a smart algorithm.
STEP 1: QUESTIONNAIRE
When you sign up to the platform you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire.
STEP 2: OPT-IN
You’ll be notified via email when the next programme is coming up and how to opt in.
STEP 3: MEET
The platform will prompt you when you’ve been matched and guide your first meeting.
STEP 4: MAINTAIN
It is up to the mentee to proactively follow up with their mentor and organise the first meet.
