Meet the guest: Jess Falconer, Senior Manager of Learning and Talent at Audible

Jess leads Learning and Talent for Audible in EMEA. She has over 15 years’ experience in Learning and Organisational Development in a variety of sectors including media, professional services and higher education. She has an MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University, and is a qualified Executive Coach.

In her role at Audible, Jess leads on a number of projects including developing the global D&I education strategy, and designing the well-being programmes for employees in EMEA. She also provides career coaching as part of her role and, outside of work, is a mentor for organisations such as The Princes Trust.
