Now it’s time to find your mentor! Go to the mentoring tab, and select one of the suggested profiles and get going! We currently have a higher number of mentees than mentors, so there may not always be mentors available. If you aren’t able to find a match straight away, please know we are working hard to bring more mentors onto the platform so check back in soon.

Our algorithm is designed to match you with the most compatible mentor, based on the information you have provided in your profile. The algorithm weights your interests and needs with a mentor’s area of expertise or skills, to ensure a great match! If you haven’t been matched yet, take a look under the ‘mentorship’ section to search for a mentor.

Yes. To search for a mentor yourself, navigate to the Mentoring section of platform, click ‘Find Now’ and type your keywords into the search bar, e.g. ‘copywriter’, ‘marketing’ or ‘career change’. You can then match yourself with the mentor who you’d like to work with.
